Sales Policy & Terms I will do my very best to make sure the bunny is healthy and represented honestly. Priced according to quality in my opinion. Rare or in-demand colors may be more. All rabbits come with full pedigree* unless otherwise noted. * The prefix on pedigrees is Spring Creek...NOT Spring Creek's. Please don't add the 's in your pedigrees or on your website. Photos are not always available. Sorry. If there are photos, they will be included on the For Sale page. 1st come, 1st serve. I don't keep a wait list or cross-post the sale list. The best way to keep up on what's available is to check the For Sale page. I update often, and as soon as decisions are made to sell. Only the rabbits listed are available. Cash only. I don't accept checks except in rare cases from buyers I know and trust. Deposit. 50% of sale price may be required to hold the rabbit. Deposits will be accepted in Money Order (preferred) via snail-mail (allow 5-7 days), or PayPal (service fee applies). Deposits are non-refundable unless I terminate the sale (see below). Balance to be paid in cash upon delivery. If buyer is having another person pick up the rabbit, as in a transport relay (see below), I require full payment in advance. Hold policy. I will hold the rabbit until the agreed date of delivery, such as a show. If buyer cannot take delivery on that date, alternative arrangements must be made in advance. If buyer is a no-show without advance notice, deposit is forfeit and the rabbit will go back up for sale immediately. A boarding fee may be charged past the original delivery date. * NOTE: I try to be lenient and helpful about this, but there are limits to my patience. Delivery. For many reasons, I do not allow strangers to come here to pick up rabbits. Can deliver to a show if I'm going, or can meet part-way. A part-way meeting may include gas fee in email quoted price depending on distance. I do not ship. 3rd party transport. Long distance relays are sometimes possible. Buyer takes full responsiblity for arranging transport, although I'll try to help. I guarantee the rabbit(s) was in good health when I released it to the transporter. Once it leaves my hands, I am no longer responsible. All sales are final upon delivery. Delivery is defined as full payment, rabbit and pedigree exchanged. Buyer has the option of declining upon seeing the rabbit in person, but any deposits are forfeit. I changed my mind. It is my perogitive to terminate a sale at any time for any reason. If a deposit has been received, it will be refunded in full. Pets. I sometimes have young bunnies available for pets, but don't list them. Young Jrs in the sale list make fine pets as well, but are priced as show or brood stock with pedigree. No bunnies are sold under the age of 8 weeks. See Pet Sales Policy & Pet Care Info. E-M@IL for details & price quote. Please include your location when inquiring, so we can see if it's feasible for you to get rabbits from me. Also, put something in the subject line in regards to your reason for writing me. Policy is subject to change at any time. TERMS : $ PENDING Awaiting delivery or deposit. Being held for buyer to be delivered at the next available show or arranged pickup. If the buyer backs out of the deal, the rabbit may become available again. $ SOLD Deposit or full payment received. SHOW Free of disqualifications (DQ) and suitable for showing. This doesn't guarantee wins, only that the rabbit can be shown. BROOD Suitable for breeding. May be unacceptable weight or color, or other DQ or fault for showing. Usually applies to does in the case of weight (see BUD). BUD Big Ugly Doe (False Dwarf). Affectionate term for brood does too large and long-eared to show. They're the baby-makers, and capable of producing show quality offspring with a show quality buck. PROVEN Successful brood doe. Has raised litter(s) to weaning. SEMI-PROVEN Unsuccessful brood doe. Has delivered litter(s), but hasn't raised any because they were stillborn or fostered. -10%, +50% Broken must have at least 10% and not more than 50% color to be shown. I rarely offer -10% as breeding stock, but might if type or color is worthy. I will offer +50% as these are useful for breeding Brokens. In either case, they will be labeled BROOD with the % notation. Please see Important Notice About E-Mail.
